Cats Hope recognises fourteen cats as its mascots because they represent the core lives that shaped the project and its purpose.
Each of these cats came into the Cats Hope circle through different circumstances — rescue, community care, medical recovery, or long-term protection. Together they reflect the different paths through which cats come into human care.
They are not symbolic figures. They are real cats whose lives helped define the mission of Cats Hope and the community that formed around them.
Through them, the project reminds us that animal welfare is built on individual lives and individual stories.
Below are the cats who represent Cats Hope.
Each mascot has their own page where visitors can learn about their personality, history, and journey.
From the shadows of the street to the warmth of a home. Witness the beautiful bond between
our rescues and the families who chose to love them.
Over time, some of the Cats Hope mascots will also appear in books and longer stories connected to the project.
These books will explore their journeys more fully — how they came into care, the personalities they developed, and the relationships that formed between the cats and the people who protected them.
The goal is not only to tell meaningful stories, but also to help readers understand the deeper purpose behind the Cats Hope mission: to strengthen compassion, responsibility, and support for animals who rely on human care.
Visitors who wish to follow the mascots more closely will be able to subscribe for updates when new stories and books become available.
Every mascot carries a story, and those stories continue to unfold.
As Cats Hope grows, visitors will be able to follow updates, stories, and future books that share the lives of the mascots and the wider journey of the Cats Hope mission.
